Kerala is world renowned for Ayurvedic treatments that can heal the mind and body from the strains of city life. In this 7-day package, you spend all the days at Ayurveda resorts, indulge in some sightseeing at Cochin, go on a cruise in Alleppey, and sunbathe at the beach town of Kovalam.
Day 01
Cochin
Our representative will take you from the airport or railway station to the hotel. After relaxing for a while head out to see the famous tourist attractions in Cochin including; St. Francis Church, Mattancherry Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Hill Palace, and Kochi Fort. In the afternoon head out to see the breath-taking Chinese fishing nets and in the evening walk down to buy some Cochin at the spices market. Head back to the hotel for dinner and night stay.
Day 02
Cochin – Alleppey
Check out of the hotel and drive to Alleppey, also known as the Venice of the East. On arrival, check into a houseboat and relish a boat ride on the calm backwaters with palm trees and white lilies offering a pleasing sight. Have a traditional meal cooked on the houseboat and spend the night there.
Day 03
Alleppey – Kovalam
Drive to Kovalam, a popular beach town in Kerala. Check into the hotel and spend the rest of the day in leisurely activities or water sports. If you want you can get a relaxing herbal back massage. Spend the night at the hotel in Kovalam.
Day 04
Kovalam
Spend the day with the local vaid or Ayurvedic doctor who give you a diet and day’s routine. Do not have alcohol or tobacco when the Ayurvedic therapy is going on. Part of the routine includes stress-relieving massages, rejuvenating steam baths, and more. You will also learn yoga by experts to maintain the right body balance. Have dinner as per the prescribed diet prescribed. Spend the night at Kovalam.
Day 05
Kovalam
Enjoy the Ayurvedic therapy at the resort. Indulge in some of the Ayurveda spa treatments Overnight in Kovalam.
Day 06
Cochin
Spend the last day indulging in spa and Ayurvedic treatments. Stay the night at the hotel in Kovalam.
Day 07
Kovalam – Trivandrum
Check out of the resort and drive to Trivandrum. Explore the city and visit the Padmanabha Swami Temple, Shri Chitra Art Gallery, and more. Head towards the hotel for dinner and then check out of the hotel. Our representative will take you to the airport for your flight back home.
